Partner Financial are working with a fast-growth Entertainment company, based in Central London. This PE backed business have just recently gone through another highly successful funding round, and plan to add to an already vast global network, having established offices already across the UK, USA and Germany.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the FP&A Analyst will be tasked with driving and developing the FP&A function which is currently in its infancy; partnering closely with key stakeholders throughout the business to provide financial insights and advice.
Due to the ownership and autonomy of the role the successful candidate will be commercially focused, driven and have an entrepreneurial flair.
Key Deliverables
- Building and monitoring dashboards measuring KPI’s and key performance metrics
- Analysing and explaining causes of unexpected variances, adjusting forecasts accordingly
- Building and Maintaining financial models allowing the company to drive pricing strategies
- Working with the wider finance team on ad-hoc projects for the key Stakeholders
- Assisting and preparing the reporting for the senior management team
- Maintaining and building out business trajectory and forecasting
- Driving and Leading the companies FP&A function
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and non-finance stakeholders
- An inquisitive mind-set, continuously seek process improvement
- Previous Financial modelling and SQL experience
- A desire to join a fast-growing business
