Holistic Finance Director role
Hands on and strategic in equal measure.
Client Details
A Civil Engineering business.
Description
To support the MD in growing the business.
To drive a growth strategy from a Finance perspective.
To manage the (7 person) finance function.
To be involved with pricing new, and analysing existing, long term contracts.
To update the finance function / systems etc
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant.
Experience of Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / Highways Maintenance / Construction or very similar (potentially Hard FM) is absolutely essential.
The ability to be both hands on and strategic is equally essential.
Previous experience of managing change and of working on long term contracts is also imperative.
