Finance Business Partner

A rapidly growing industry leading services business in Surrey has an excellent interim opportunity for a Finance Business Partner for a 12-month project. The successful candidate will support Senior Management in the delivery of financial targets by monitoring and influencing operations with strategic planning. You will act as a business partner and provide accurate and timely analysis with close integration with other departmental heads. This role includes monthly management accounts and financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, ongoing analysis of key business drivers and identifying profit improvement opportunities. The chosen candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a natural commercial flair looking to hit the ground running in a fresh challenge. Finance Business Partner duties include:  
·Maintaining key business Partnering relationships enabling the identification of profit / efficiency improvements 
·Drive tactical and strategic agenda and ensure key decisions are made
·Prepare forecasts, plans and management information
·Identify training needs and deliver support for non-finance staff
·Adhoc project support 

We are looking for applicants with the following:
·A formal accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE)
·Demonstrable business partnering skills
·Multi-Site experience
·Commercial awareness
