Blackwaters is recruiting an FP&A Manager for a large US tech business in Basingstoke. They will lead all UK FP&A activities to provide insight and guidance to the board. This is an opportunity to develop the function and create a pathway to progress through the business.
It requires someone to lead and develop the team, take ownership to improve performance and to implement new reporting tools.
Responsibilities include;
- Ownership of FP&A across all UK divisions and reporting to group.
- Improvement of quality of insight through KPIs and dashboards.
- Partnership with senior stakeholders to provide guidance and challenge.
- Regular review and presentation to the board.
- Co-ordination of stakeholders through forecasting process.
- Leadership and development of team of 5.
Person required;
- Qualified accountant with significant experience of corporate FP&A.
- Successful track record of leading direct reports.
- Exposure to system development.
