Finance Manager

After successfully receiving Private Equity funding to support targeted acquisitions and increase pace of growth, my client are looking to appoint an ambitious Finance Manager, to take a step up in their career and report into the CFO/CEO.

The Finance Manager will act as the CFO/CEO’s right hand person during this exciting time, as turnover is set to quadruple over the next 3 years. The Finance Manager will be key in achieving these ambitious plans, by supporting the senior management team with informative financial results through the creation of a new Board pack. Providing KPI’s and insightful analysis will also support commercial decision making which will ultimately drive cost savings and profit improvements across the business.

The role will business partner with Heads of Departments, including supporting Operations in new bids and tenders, and working with external clients, to support long-lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will be an aspiring, qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Accountant, ideally with experience in a contract based business and the motivation to progress to being a future Financial Controller / Finance Director.
