Head of FP&A

I am partnering with a leading private equity-backed advertising technology company who are looking to recruit a Head of FP&A into a newly created role. This company has just received a second round of investment and now aspires to grow the revenue from £40m to £80m+ within the next four years. This is a permanent position and will be best suited to a commercially astute individual who wants to play a key part in setting the strategy of a rapidly growing (soon to be international) business.

The Role:

Reporting to the CFO, this will be a broad role that will focus on:

• Leading the budget process.
• Leading the monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting.
• Liaising with the M&A team around potential acquisitions.
• Business partnering with the Board of Directors.
• Improving overall management reporting.
• Producing KPI and dashboards for business analysis as required.
• Managing a team of 4.
• Managing external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors and PE investors.

The Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Previous experience within a VC or PE backed business is advantageous.
• Excellent excel skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate with external stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate a team.
