A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager located on the outskirts of Oxford. They are based in a beautiful Grade 2 listed building and recognised as an award-winning SME business.

Highly successful and independently owned they are a leading pharma/medical communications consultancy. Who are renowned for their commitment in supporting their staff, they offer training, encouragement and reward enabling you to aim for excellence.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will strategically lead a group of client accounts, delivering projects efficiently in line with the client and company quality and compliance processes. Whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all financial aspects of the accounts to include costs, budgets, reconciliations including accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Effectively line manage, delegate tasks, support and develop junior members of the team
  • Manage large accounts in line with the overall client strategy
  • Generate project material in accordance with best practice
  • Contribute to internal strategic planning meetings

You will be a graduate with experience in healthcare/medical and have proven financial management skills. Numerate with the ability to think strategically, anticipating problems and providing solutions.

The role requires a person to have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and self-motivated.
