Sole Charge Credit Controller

You will be joining a growing business, operating in the professional services industry.

Your new role:

This is a newly created position where you will be responsible for managing debt, maximising collections and minimising aged debt. This will be achieved by building strong working relationships with internal colleagues and customers and effective cash collection procedures. Your duties will including chasing payments, dealing with queries, producing accurate statements and running aged reports. You will be fully responsible for the entire collection process, up to and including litigation.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will be a skilled credit controller, who has a proven track record of working within a professional services (practice) environment. You will have experience of the entire collections process, including litigation.
You will be able to build excellent working relationships at all levels, and have professional communication skills.
