Currently recruiting for a PE backed FMCG business,that's growing 20-25% YOY and is ethically and environmentally friendly. My client is looking for a passionate 3 year ACA qualified candidate to join the business as a Senior Finance Manager, with fast track progression throughout the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, manage, develop and coach a team of three
- Manage the yearly appraisal process
- Calculate & post journals
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Cleaning up the output from NetSuite
- Review Monthly management accounts
- Reviews with Function Directors & CFO
- Publish shareholder reports
- Cash flow forecasting
- VAT review (& quarterly submissions)
- Internal Control Reviews, including process improvement
- Annual Processes, including statutory reporting
- Finance Business Partner for Functional Directors
- Assist in financial aspects of department's decision-making
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Own Quarterly Financial forecast of Sales & trade spend
- Major role in creation of annual Budgets
- Own the accounting for Trade Spend
- Insightful Financial Reporting
This role would an ACA qualified candidate who is looking for fast track progression throughout a business. Having ideally worked in FMCG/consumer goods.
