SF Group are working with a rapidly growing business who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for building complex financial models and will have a real eye for detail due to the volume of data that you will be dealing with. Improving processes will be key to this role as well as producing relevant reports to senior management team and the Board. Excellent communication skills are a must.
You will need to be hands on with the role itself whilst being able to look after 3 direct reports, being responsible for their management and career development.
This role would ideally suit someone from a complex manufacturing business, a retail business or a multi-site business due to the complexity and level of data that you'll be dealing with.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will be looking to join a fast paced, challenging business.
