An online luxury retailer based in central London are looking to add an additional Purchase Ledger clerk to their busy finance team of 5.
- Processing stock and inventory invoices
- Sole responsibility of processing all debit/credit card reconciliations to correct accounts
- Helping with purchase orders/sales orders and clearing orders of ageing transactions
- Tracking purchase receipts/information through internal system and email channels
- Updating PO's against actual cost/supplier
The successful candidate will have previous accounts payable experience and ideally have processed high volume invoices.
Netsuite experience is desirable
