With strong profits and ambitious growth plans the business is looking for a Finance Manager who can help take them on this journey.
Your new role
You will be the Finance Manager of a very successful business. Leading a team small accounts team. Engaging closely with the executive directors you will be looking at implementing strategic change for the future and expansion of the business. Involved with the delivery of key projects and scoping new areas for business whilst being involved on leading financial implications of commercial tenders with customers. Working hands on operationally looking for continuous improvements including detailed cash flow forecasting and production of the accounts
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. Experience in a Senior Finance position working with various stakeholder and the executive board of directors. You will have a passion for continuous improvement and want to work in a fast paced environment where you can actually make a difference. Have superb commercial awareness to add value throughout the business. High level communication skills with strong attention to detail. Experience with systems (sage would be a bonus) and good relationship building skills.
