BTG are working alongside their Manchester City Centre based client, to aid them in the recruitment of a Shared Services Centre Manager.

Your Role

The Finance Shared Services Manager will lead and develop a team, covering key finance processes, including accounts payable, cash processing and third-party administration. In this role you will be constantly looking to improve and refine processes to enable greater efficiency across the SSC. You will support the Finance Director in ensuring teams are reviewing, implementing and following best practice in all operations.
Key aspects of your responsibility include:

  • Accountable for the achievement of all KPI performance
  • Continuously reviewing processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and improving as required
  • People management of large teams
  • Process mapping and delivery
  • Ad-Hoc stakeholder engagement
  • Business transformation

My client recently relocated their shared service centre to Manchester, due to changes within their team they have an immediate requirement to hire a seasoned Shared Service Centre Manager who is experienced in change management and delivery of new business processes.

Salary & Benefits

My client has set the banding at £55,000 to £65,000 for the role of Shared Service Centre Manager.
