Group Financial Controller -  £85,000 - £90,000 with excellent benefits and bonus

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, commercially driven Group Financial Controller, preferably ACA qualified, to join a growing business services group in West London. Following on from a period of recent expansion through organic growth and developing new international markets,the Group Financial Controller will play an integral part in the future success of the business.

Reporting into the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will provide financial and operational support to the business and assist with key growth initiatives. Working in a high profile team, you will contribute to  the day to day running of the finance department including accounting,forecasting,consolidations management accounts,cash flow analysis and the provision of board level reporting.On the strategic side, the Group Financial Controller will help develop financial growth initiatives, provide transparent financial insight into the business,execute business plans into new regions, and evaluate new business opportunities.

Requirements for this Group Financial Controller role are as follows:

• qualified ACA or ACCA accountant  (strong preference for ACA)
• preference for somebody with 6-10 years PQE
• previous international experience is essential
• previous exposure to a fast growing business highly advantageous
• consolidations experience
• technically strong with extensive knowledge of UK GAAP 
• proven experience of moving a finance team forward, driving change and improving control
• advanced financial modelling skills
• ability to liaise with non finance teams and key stakeholder management
