I am looking for a CFO to join a Private Equity backed SaaS business in Brighton. They are looking for someone to come in and develop the finance function after rapid growth.
You will be working very closely with the CEO and the Private Equity investors to drive the business forward, upgrade the processes, controls and systems. Work closely with the management and leadership teams and work towards a financial event.
You will be leading an exit process so good communication skills, being presentable and a good commercial mind-set are essential.

- E Learning / Ad Tech / Technology OR E Commerce
- You will have previously gone through a sale/exit process
- You will be either ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
Private equity / leverage experience is essential.
