Assistant Management Accountant / £26K / Deeside / 12 month FTC
My client looking for an experienced & part qualified finance professional, for a 12 month fixed term contract position. The role offers a competitive salary and a fantastic working environment.
Duties:
- Month End accounts production with variance analysis
- Journal posting and adjustment journals
- Preparing Accruals & Prepayments
- Support external and internal audit
- Preparation of Balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Cash reconciliation
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
- Purchase order review and analysis
- Process intercompany transactions
- Aged debt management
- Monthly analysis and investigation of P&L variances
- Adhere to group reporting deadlines
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Supervision of Accounts Assistant
Experience required:
- Part Qualified
- SAP/Sage experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
