Systems Accountant

My client is a fast paced, highly acquisitive business who are looking to strengthen their finance team with the appointment of a Systems Accountant on a permanent basis.

You will be working with an excellent Finance Director who has a fantastic vision for the future of the company, all of which has been delivered on to date.

In this role you will be responsible for all matters relating to the set up of the finance system, looking at ways to develop processes and reporting. All new reporting and system implementations will fall to you.

Experience of ERP systems and excellent IT skills are both a must for this role, as are effective communication skills as you will be liaising heavily with stakeholders at all levels within this role.

Strong project management skills, the ability to think on your feet and having a "can-do" attitude will all stand you in good stead in this exciting role where you will have great exposure to the business.

Having an accounting background with knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and month end are imperative for this role.
