Fund Accountant
6 month + contract
Frazer John Recruitment, Finance Pratice is working with a leading Real Estate Investment business seeking to hire a Fund Accountant for a 6 month+ contract role. Reporting into The Head of Funds this will be a vital role within the department and will require the individual to have experience of fund accounting and ideally have previous experience in the Real Estate markets, but will happily consider other fund classes. They are open to levels of experience which reflects the range of rate on offer.
As the Fund Accountant, you will cover internal and investor reporting, management of fund cash flow requirements, completion of year-end financial statements for fund limited partnerships, including all SMA vehicles and participation in treasury and valuation functions as the role develops.
As the ideal candidate, you will be a fully qualified, part-qualified or QBE accountant with excellent systems skills including strong Excel. This would suit someone looking to increase or get experience in a Real Estate business or someone looking to get experience in an in-house function.
