Axon Moore are working with commercially focused business who pride themselves on quality and continuity. Based in Castleford, the role will provide support as a Finance Business Partner to several departments of the organisation.
With the first task, being that of understanding the business you will quickly support the management of margin and investment through analysis, reviews and close relationships to the business.

Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting
- Support decision making with the business
- Produce meaningful reports to support weekly and monthly analysis
- Working closely with the business and make recommendations to improve key areas
- Ad hoc project work
- Studying towards ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- Excel – intermediate or advanced level
- Able to develop relationships quickly
- Experienced with commercial finance
