Blackwaters is recruiting an interim Business Systems Manager to establish a uniform and robust company-wide ERP system for our Surrey based global client.
Following recent implementation of a new company wide ERP system, our client are now keen to join the business together and remove the disparate nature of the existing process by developing a new set of procedures.
To be able to develop the blue print for new process, the Business Systems Manager must have a fundamental understanding of workflows and processes in order to be able to own, improve and manage them. This will mean an understanding of project accounting, subcontractor accounting, long term contract management, WIP, earn value and materials management. This is absolutely crucial.
Excellent communication skills are critical and a previous role managing or being a key player in the implementation of an ERP system is required. Working knowledge of Causeway will be highly advantageous.
