Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a planning analyst
The Company: are an immediately recognisable electronics corporate, with operations all over the world. With a workforce in access of 4000, the European operations generate revenues of over £200m
The Role; reports to and works closely with the Supply Chain Manager. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the of E2E supply chain process and exposure to weekly production schedules. Ensure that sales forecasts are completed and accurate, analyse demand vs, review and control Inventory and stock levels and ensure the supply plan cycle runs smoothly and efficiently. Proactively work with internal customers, capturing sales data, cost and forecast analysis. Communicate shortfalls, risk and potential issues before they become serious. Report on performance levels and recovery plans and assist the supply chain manager improving the overall supply chain process.
The person: A graduate preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management or a Mathematical degree or with or equivalent experience of working in a corporate manufacturing/supply chain environment. 1 to 3 years proven skills in planning and analysis. Comfortable challenging and influencing processes and controls, adding value and solutions across the supply chain business. Strong excel skills, SAP systems experience useful but not essential eye for detail, a strong communicator working in a dynamic corporate environment.
