FP&A Analyst

Partner Financial are working with an international, PE backed Business Services organisation who are looking for an FP&A Analyst. The business has established its brand over several years as one of the leaders within its field. Spanning 3 continents and nearing 10,000 employees the scope of this company is impressive. They are looking to expand their operations further and this is an exciting prospect for an individual wanting to be part of a dynamic growing team.

This role will support the FP&A Manager with modelling of financial scenarios, M&A activity and situation planning whilst offering a huge opportunity to develop key skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Producing the Group Cash Flow and Balance Sheet forecast for inclusion in the Board pack
• Building the cash flow and balance sheet forecast to automate and replace the current model
• Taking regional analyst responsibility for LATAM
• Modelling for potential acquisitions
• Consolidating the monthly management reporting
• Supporting a variety of key financial and operational projects including system implementation and the integration of acquisitions

Skills and experience required:

• Qualified accountant
• Advanced excel skills with the ability to build financial models
• A natural ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
• A self-starter with a proactive ‘can do’ approach
• An inquisitive mind-set, constantly seeking process improvement
