Finance Manager

As a result of an internal promotion our client is seeking a commercial focused Finance Manager. As Finance Manager you will lead a team of 5 who have responsibility for producing the management accountants, budgeting and forecasting as well as providing commercial decision support. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will review the output of the team ensuring it is fit for purpose as the business goes through an exciting period of change, you will partner with the heads of department providing challenge on their departments performance and supporting them to hit the organisations goals.

You will be an experienced Finance Manager or a Management Accountant with staff management experience looking for a step up, having worked for medium to large manufacturing organisation, you will hold or be close to gaining an accounts qualification, have a strong reporting back ground but will be able to demonstrate commercially adding value to the organisations where you have worked.
