Senior Finance Business Partner

My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team. The company has recently working on several high-profile properties that are changing the London residential market.

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering for a residential property portfolio where you will be reporting directly into the Head of FP&A. Duties will consist of.

• Financial reporting and analysis across your portfolio
• Develop financial reporting and analysis to senior management and key stakeholders to enable effective decision-making
• Development of finance systems to improve an efficient and effective reports to internal and external teams
• Develop accounting, reporting and budgeting /forecasting processes to support budget holders and the Leadership Team
• Work with budget holders to support successful and timely budget setting and enable identification of savings and efficiencies.
• Develop reporting and performance indicators in conjunction with the business to monitor performance and make improvements
• Undertake complex analysis and developing financial models to assist in evaluating business decisions.
• Provide financial support on projects to deliver operational and strategic aims

Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organistaional skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and business partnering to non-finance directors.

Candidates will also be a Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with previous experience in Property.
