Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently engaged with a leading business based outside of York, to recruit a Commercial Accountant on a contract basis to join their team. As an interim Commercial Accountant, your main focus will be to support the commercial strategy of the business, delivering on key objectives and change needed by the business.
Your role will encompass the production of monthly management accounts, any responding analysis that helps provide financial change and challenge for the group. You will be business Partnering with the wider business, driving continuous improvement and helping tighten up financial controls.
The right candidate for this role will be:
*Immediately Available with contract experience, preferably in a Commercial Accountant role
*Be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
*Have a strong Management Accounting/ reporting background
*Have experience in process improvement and change management
12-month Fixed Term role
