Restructuring Manager

Our client is a successfully growing Independent Consultancy that provides a full range of Corporate Recovery, Restructuring and Corporate Finance services to Mid-Market businesses.

They are currently looking to recruit an ACA / ACCA or JIEB qualified Manager with proven Business Recovery experience to work in either a purely advisory role or a mix of formal and advisory.

Advisory work will range from business reviews, options analysis and contingency planning to accelerated M&A, distressed Investment appraisal and due diligence.

Formal work will include trading administrations, pre-packs, administrations, CVAs, CVLs and some MVLs

They are happy to consider candidates who are currently in a mixed role who would like to focus on advisory work or those who are already in this area.

In addition to proven technical and financial modelling skills, with a focus on cash management and forecasting, you will also have excellent communication and report writing skills and the ability to talk with business owners about commercial issues.
