Finance Business Partner

SF Recruitment is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading FMCG business in Derbyshire. This is a new vacancy and will see you directly support the MD of the business unit with commercial advice. The successful candidate will be the commercial finance lead for a key channel of the business, and will be tasked with the constant improvement of this area.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Full P&L Responsibility
- Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting responsibilities
- Analysis of bids and tenders using complex financial models
- Maintain and develop models to improve results.
- Support commercial projects across the business unit
- Ensure that all financial activities are conducted in a manner that fully complies with the requirements of good governance and accounting policies
- Provide financial support to the Senior Management Team.

Required skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with commercial exposure
- Track record of strong financial management
- Strong stakeholder awareness
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding Communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
