Are you a technically experienced Accounts Assistant working towards your AAT qualification or up to degree level standard?
I am currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant for a financial services business with offices based on the outskirts of Leeds.
Responsibilities:
Statement reconciliations and accurate processing of payments
Client Money handling, including processing Client and Third Party receipts
Management of Unallocated amounts on the bank
Weekly client refunds
Client Audits
Volume Audit
Assist with Credit Control and Aged Debt management
Assist in Ledger and System Housekeeping
General Ad-hoc duties
What you need…
You'll need to be the kind of person who has strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with other team members and account managers. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to detail to a must while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident user of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages with the ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast paced environment.
