Accounts Assistant Graduate Position

A marketing company requires an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. Based in Central London, the successful candidate will be joining a professional and polished working environment that rewards hard work and provides fantastic career progression. Role Responsibilities -

• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Coding and uploading invoices on to the accounting system
• Resolving supplier queries and seeking appropriate invoice approval with key stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable inbox
• Prepare and process BACS payments
• Process staff and employee expenses
• General ledger journal postings
• Ad hoc reporting such as assisting with month end and year end reporting, aged creditors monthly reporting etc

Candidate Requirements -

• Entry level position
• Graduates with a degree in Accountancy/Finance/Mathematics related degrees are encouraged to apply along with AAT studiers
• Experience in the above role responsibilities would be beneficial however not essential
• Strong communicator
• A passion for Finance and Accounting
