Senior Financial Modeller (6 months interim)

Role

Senior Financial Modeller role for a large property development and investment business, based in London, who are working on a diverse mix of developments. 

You will be required to lead the transition of financial modelling property appraisals currently in Excel into Microsoft Dynamic.

You will be managing large volumes of data as well as modelling the business plan, overseeing all overlays.

You will create financial and business models for current projects as well as modelling for new project developments in Microsoft Dynamic.

You will be required to build working relationships across the organisation and externally when working on new developments, presenting the financial model to the senior management team.

Person

This role requires an experienced financial modeller, ideally with Microsoft Dynamic experience and a track record of undertaking large, complex financial models for major transactions. 
Whilst initially a 6 month contract there is a strong possibility that this role would be further extended to 12 months.
