Your new role
The Finance Director will oversee a small team, and report in to the Chief Executive of this very successful SME business. The suitable applicant will be responsible for the production and delivery of financial information at divisional and company level, and will possess significant business acumen. This is a challenging high profile role for a practical, hands-on individual, possessing a wide range of operational, finance and IT skills. You will work efficiently to provide management information to drive commercial decision making, and you'll ensure that strong systems and processes are in place. This is a key appointment and the Finance Director will enjoy a high degree of autonomy.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful individual will ideally be a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with previous experience in a manufacturing environment. You'll be commercially astute, technically strong and will have proven leadership skills.

What you'll get in return
The role is paying a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 plus car allowance and benefits and has the potential to develop into a MD post.
