Public Sector Audit Executive

Frazer John Recruitment, Finance practice have partnered with a leading accountancy practice based in Manchester who are looking for an experienced interim auditor for a 4 month contract starting in June.
The successful candidate will have experience of auditing a range of clients across a number of different sectors and is required by the client to assist them with auditing year end financial statements 

The successful candidate will:

• Be a fully qualified accountant- ACA/ACCA
• Have a minimum of 3 years qualified external audit experience
• Take responsibility for all aspects of the audit and complete audit work on complex risk areas
• Have responsibility for producing the draft audit findings report and will also be expected to attend clearance meetings
• Help the client to work more efficiently and to minimise risk. 
• Have experience of leading audits of differing sizes
• Have an ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels
• Have a desire and confidence to discuss a clients business challenges and needs
