Permanent Finance Manager, North East Fife, Salary £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus & competitive pension

Hays Senior Finance are currently partnered with a highly successful Global business to recruit an experienced Finance Manager who will operate as the lead finance person for the North East Fife location. This is a full-time job offering a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience. A prestigious company with a number of commercial subsidiary businesses, they are looking for an experienced senior finance individual to lead by example and successfully business partner with all business units. It's an exciting time for the business with revenue streams coming from commercial activities including retail, sports & leisure, hospitality and service delivery. Your new role
An ever-changing, fast paced role where you will be expected to make a significant impact to the profitability of the business by working closely with the revenue stream managers, devising and implementing financial growth streams. Responsible for a team of 7, you will be an experienced people manager with the ability to prioritise workload whilst working on several projects at once. You will be responsible for keeping all financial reporting and records in accordance with UK GAAP, coordinating the annual budget, financial & capital planning and monthly financial projections. You will have overall responsibility for product and service costing methodologies to enhance margin profitability, fixed asset inventory as well as delivering P&L balance sheet reporting and analysis of income statement and cash flow with commentary. You will have complete responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of financial policy, the enforcement of internal controls and compliance and will have real time examples of this on your CV as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis of business growth and strategy.



What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant although qualified by experience will be considered in cases where previous career history is in line with the industry and role. Your business partnering experience will be second to none and you will excel at building and maintaining relationships. This lead finance position requires a high calibre individual who maintains the highest level of honesty & integrity, keeps a level head in a fast-paced environment, leads by example and can make important and sensitive decisions in a timely manner. Above all you will be passionate about your work, have prior experience of staff management and development and strong proactive communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
