International FP&A Director – Global Technology Organisation

Phipps Cameron Recruitment are partnering with the senior leadership at a dynamic technology organisation to hire an ambitious FP&A Director, who will spearhead the International FP&A initiative & enjoy strong career progression.

Currently operating in over 100 countries and a leader in their market, this role will play a key role in the future growth of the company. As well as FP&A, you will consult senior management on a range of finance matters, including new business opportunities and special projects.

Some key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for KPI analysis across the business

• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools

• Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

• Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

• You will develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

• You will analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

• Support Senior Management Team with in-depth analysis

The successful candidate will hold an accountancy qualification, and have at least 5 years managerial experience in a Global FP&A team.
