Credit Controller - Contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Credit Controller to join us in our successful Woking Collections team.

You will be driven and strive to exceed targets and play a vital role to support our financial stability

As a Credit Controller you will support the Commercial Divisions, working closely with your colleagues and external customers (which may include expensed travel) to build strong relationships and enable us to meet our business objectives.

Our market is constantly changing and we need to be able to find new and better ways of doing things.

You will take responsibility for a panel of accounts and their associated premiums ensuring timely and efficient collection of premiums that are due to Insurance, in order to maintain cash flow and minimise the incidence of bad debt.

Query resolution & reconciliation duties

You will utilise a variety of system based reporting tools and the ability to manipulate data in excel will be essential to the production of regular reports.

Use of Excel (Basic) and learn quickly to pick up a bespoke system.
