Elevation Recruitment Group Accountancy & Finance is working with a well-known, highly credible business in Nottinghamshire as they expand their team with the appointment of an Accounts Payable Clerk.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

-Day-to-day clerical activity in the Accounts Payable department
-Raising department orders
-Issuing remittance advice
-Validating travel expense claims
-Calculating appropriate VAT
-Input expenses onto the accounting system
-Match supplier invoices to goods received notes
-Complete major supplier statement reconciliations
-Investigate aged GRNI discrepancies to validate the accuracy of the GRNO accrual
-Various administrative support duties as required for the role

-Excellent level of Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables
-Working knowledge of Navision would be advantageous
-Experience within a fast paced, high volumes accounts payable environment
-Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
