Badenoch & Clark are currently working with a global organisation based in West Sussex to recruit a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. Working as part of a highly motivated and successful finance team you will support the operational management teams with financial analysis and ensuring financial performance is maximised.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Producing annual and long term financial forecasts / budgets
* Business partner to the operations management leaders
* Month end reporting for the specific area of the business you are responsible for
* Prepare cash flow forecasts
* Support business development projects with specialist requirements
* Provide support in business process troubleshooting
Key skills / experience
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience within management accounting
* Strong financial analysis skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build both internal and external relationships
* Strong systems / Excel skills
