Circa £120-£150k + Bonus + LTIP

Based Central London

• This is a unique and insightful new opportunity within a pre IPO business. Working closely with the Group CFO, you will work closely with finance, communications and all business units internally to increase awareness of the IR function and enable the delivery of accurate and timely information.
• Manage the relationships with the sell-side analysts, ensuring consensus is up to date and managed
• appropriately, and the investment message is well understood. You will be the key point of contact for investors and will lead investor meetings and roadshows.
• You will lead on the drafting for all announcements around financial results as well as presentations, Q&As and briefing documents.
• You will also prepare the materials for capital markets days and any other market communications.
• Work closely with board members to share with them market sentiment and investor feedback, share price movements and views from the sell-side. You will act as a company spokesperson for analysts and investors, communicating the company’s vision and brand; and will work with communications to ensure messaging consistency across the organisation.
• The successful candidate will have Ten + years experience in investor relations preferably in the data centre sector. Experience in the telecommunications, property or construction sectors preferable.At least five years sell side experience, preferably with an international institution; strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• In depth knowledge and experience operating in the financial and investment markets relevant to the data centre business.
• Experience working in a public company with an international investor base.
• Demonstrated experience excelling at the strategic and tactical aspects of investor relations.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and setting up an IR function as well as developing managing and executing a successful, comprehensive and strategic communications program to advance the business’s vision and strategic objectives; including working across multiple
• jurisdictions.
