Your new role
A newly created role, working closely with the commercial, operations, financial & senior management teams. Financial support with daily & weekly performance reporting and support with any additional site analysis that is required. Building & maintaining good relationships across finance and the wider business, engaging them as necessary for inputs into financial models. Interface between finance & operations. Gain a strong understanding of operational processes. Interpretation of data, assessing its value & presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear & concise way. Supporting the finance team around the budgeting & forecasting process. Producing rolling forecasts. Assisting with tendering. Ad hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA), although our client will consider candidates "qualified by experience". Commercially aware, understanding & anticipating the needs of operations, finance & management. Strong analytical skills. Advanced Excel. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people across the business. Problem-solving mind-set. Able to interpret raw detail and deliver in the manner appropriate to the specific audience. Able to prioritise and work well under pressure.
