Our client, a well known Manufacturing business whose name is synonymous with quality, is looking to recruit for a Group Accountant to provide pivotal accounting support.
The role will take full responsibility for the consolidation of month end accounts, year end, audit, tax, financial reporting, and financial control and compliance.
Additional project work will need to be undertaken on an ad-hoc basis which will include projects around FP&A and ensuring that best practice and financial governance needs are met.
A qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent), you will have a proven track record of producing detailed sets of accounts, liaising externally with regulatory authorities and have knowledge in accordance with IFRS.
As well as holding a formal accountancy qualification, you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and ideally have experience of using financial systems.
