The One Group have partnered exclusively with a leading business in south Lincoln, assisting the Finance Director in recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager, a newly created role due to business growth.
This a very well-rounded opportunity, offering bags of autonomy and the chance to develop and shape the current finance team, controlling everything from Management Accounts to assisting with new product development & launches.
The Commercial Finance Manager will provide support, challenge and value add to the wider business in order to achieve commercial goals and drive performance.
Commercial Finance Manager, £55,000 + Excellent Benefits
The ideal candidate would be qualified in ACCA, CIMA or ACA, with a strong technical grounding & be able to demonstrate commercial awareness.
