Leading US pharmaceuticals business based in West London are looking to hire an Interim EMEA Financial Controller to support them over the coming months during a period of transition. You will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring the timely and accurate production of management/financial accounts during this busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small team of transactional finance staff
- Support month-end reporting and processes, ensuring financial requirements are delivered to tight deadlines across EMEA/European entities
- Help to drive best practice process across the finance function, ensuring full SOX compliance
- Support EMEA Financial Audit process, as well as key involvement in any finance projects
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
- Experience operating in a Regional Financial Controller/Manager role (ideally with an EMEA-wide remit, although not essential)
- Well-developed and proven leadership and influencing skills
- Willingness to be hands-on, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture
