Working closely with an ambitious CEO and participating fully in the evaluation, development and implementation of strategic initiatives, your involvement will be total. Happy to be hands on, responsibilities will include the timely preparation of monthly management accounts; the provision of insightful, commercially-focused management information and analysis; the rigorous review and enhancement of internal control processes and procedures; the provision of support and guidance to operational managers; cash flow forecasting and treasury management; and the leadership of a small finance team. A proven Finance Director you will have an opportunity to make a real contribution to this business.

A graduate accountant, you can demonstrate real success gained within a progressive, collaborative environment. You will be pragmatic, incisive and analytical; resilient, results orientated and prepared to get your hands dirty. Great with numbers, at the same time you will bring a proven commercial value add. Your people and communication skills will be first rate. Experience gained within leisure or construction environments would be a distinct advantage.
