A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A Manager to join this market leading, international Kent based business. Based in the offices in Kent, this role will play a key role in delivering the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and will span multiple internal and external functions, building relationships and delivering business critical advice and support.
The Role
This is the perfect opportunity for a career driven individual with current experience in an FP&A Manager level role with a focus on financial reporting, looking to make an impact on a fast moving, highly successful business that are constantly evolving. The role will manage a small team and work closely with both the finance and senior management teams in delivering the following:
- Driving the financial planning process and delivering business critical analysis and financial modelling to aid key decisions
- Delivery of monthly financial reporting to tight deadlines
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Delivery of monthly financial reporting to tight deadlines
- Ensuring high quality MI reporting is reaching the business in a consistent and timely fashion
- Ongoing review of processes and controls, making improvements to the current processes to ensure reporting is delivered in the most efficient way possible
- Managing and developing a small team
- Building strong relationships across the business, adopting a business partnering approach
- Delivery of the board pack and associated commentary
- Ad-hoc project based work
Requirements
Candidates will be formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and must demonstrate strong FP&A and financial reporting experience in a complex business. Previous experience driving an FP&A function in a medium to large business is essential along with a methodical and inquisitive approach and a passion for process improvement and adding value.
