This firm are currently experiencing considerable growth and are therefore looking to recruit a Personal Tax Manager for their Chester office.

Your new role
As a personal tax manager you will be responsible for managing your own varied portfolio of clients and meeting their compliance needs. You will also handle any tax planning requirements for your clients as well as any ad-hoc advisory work. Dependent on your prior experience in people management you may also be responsible for supervision and training for more junior tax members of staff.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will have experience of managing your own personal tax portfolio from within a reputable practice and be confident in providing both compliance and advisory services. You will be a driven self-starter and ideally, be ATT/CTA qualified.

What you'll get in return
In return for your efforts you will receive a competitive salary of between £30,000-£40,000 dependent on experience, as well as an unparalleled 28 days leave plus bank holidays. You will also be entitled to free on-site parking, flexible working hours and part time contracts if required and remote working for those days you need to work from home. This firm also offer discretionary bonuses based on performance.
