The role of Financial Controller supports the UK Finance Director in all aspects of finance with accountability for the Finance teams in the UK and Ireland. The role will have a key focus on managing all the accounting, tax and reporting processes for the region, statutory and management reporting, compliance and ad-hoc projects. This is an excellent chance for a forward thinking proactive individual to make a real impact on the future direction of the company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and developing high performing teams, improving processes and developing and improving long term stakeholder relationships.

The business require a qualified accountant, ideally ACA (ACCA, CIMA will still be considered) educated to degree level with a strong background in financial management, financial controls and reporting. You will be a high performer with a proven track record of delivering improvements to business performance. The business require with a diverse skill set including UK GAAP/ IFRS, management and financial reporting and projects, ideally gained within an International business. You must have managed a team and have previous experience of driving internal improvements.
