Our client is a modern and progressive marketing company who have been growing rapidly over recent years. They will be in need of an Interim Finance Manager to cover maternity leave for a minimum of 10 months starting Late June.
They are looking for a strong people manager who can be very much hands on with the management accounts. Multi-currency experience would be be advantageous.
On offer is £40,000 - £45,000 + a 10% contract completion bonus after completing the full term.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts including P&L with variance analysis and commentary, consolidation of separate entities.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaising with key stakeholders across the business.
• Implementing and ensuring adherence to robust finance policies and procedures in a rapidly growing business.
• Day to day managing of a team of 5 within the finance team.
• Management of day to day running of nominal, sales and purchase ledgers.
• Dealing with foreign currencies.
• Review and submit VAT returns.
• Budget and forecast preparation.
Personal Attributes and Skills required:
• Experience of producing management accounts from start to finish
• Experience of managing a team
• High level of Excel
• High numeracy and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team and build strong working relationships
• Accountancy qualification desirable
