Financial Controller opportunity for a growing manufacturing company based in Kent.

Description
- Routine monthly, half yearly and annual accounts reporting
- Preparation & submission of annual budgets
- Weekly, half year & full year forecasting
- Development of new and existing business analysis to assist key decision-making
- Oversee complex pricing functions, including rebates, claimbacks, contract pricing and associated customer/product margin analysis
- Organise appropriate efficient processes to ensure completion of routine deliverables as agreed with "Customers" (internal/external/Group etc)
- Support senior team on strategic and operational decision making
- Ensuring compliance to group financial reporting manual
- Liaising with internal and external audit teams
- Supervise, manage and develop the finance team through PDR process, monthly reviews and regular contact
Profile
- Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Reasonable level of commercial or industry experience
- Strong understanding/experience of ERP systems
- Experience of motivating, coaching and managing a team
- Strong excel skills
