Acquisitions Finance Manager

Partner Financial are working with a large listed group based in London, who are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager with demonstrable Transaction support experience for an initial 3-6 month contract. The role will be primarily transaction-related, focussed on delivering financial due diligence on potential acquisitions and reporting, analysis and financial modelling to enable enhanced management reporting. You will also be required to business partner and support senior stakeholders including Group FC and FD.

Essential Competencies:

• Fully-qualified ACA with relevant post qualified experience
• Significant experience gained in a Big 4 or Top 10 Transaction Services department
• Demonstrable Buy-side financial due diligence experience, including preparing analysis and interrogating data
• Direct experience of writing buy-side financial due diligence reports
• Experience of taking full responsibility for delivering buy-side due diligence reports; i.e. compiling and reviewing data, and presenting it cohesively and coherently to all relevant stakeholders
• Experience covering all areas of a buy-side DD report. This may include P&L, Quality of Earnings, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Net Debt, and/or Unrecorded liabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management at all levels and disciplines, with the gravitas to influence the business
