Interim Finance Director

Our not for profit client require an Interim Finance Director for 6 months initially. You will need to have flexibility to travel within the role, with the team being split between London and other sites. You will be required to ensure the financials are accurately accounted for by reviewing the current processes and controls, driving changes where necessary for compliance and efficiency across both internal audit and procurement, ensuring they also work collaboratively to drive financial insight. You will be responsible for delivering robust financial planning to meet the operational needs of the organisation, whilst also developing the strategic corporate plans through insightful analysis and MI for the Leadership team and Trustees. You must have strong stakeholder skills, with previous experience liaising with Trustees being beneficial, or at least an understanding of the not-for-profit sector. You must be able to provide leadership and gravitas both internally and externally to enable key financial decisions, backed by robust financial processes and procedures.
